Seema Alexander

Seema Alexander is an AI Business Futurist and keynote speaker, and the Chair of AI BusinessCon 2027. She is the Founder & CEO of Disruptive AI, where she helps established organizations and AI-native companies rewire how they operate, and the host of The AI CEO Podcast.

Before building in AI, Seema spent 13 years as an executive at Prudential Financial. She is a former Co-Chair of DC Startup & Tech Week and a founding member of the JFF Labs Futurist Council for AI and the Future of Work.
