1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AI BusinessCon™ website, registering for the event, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any conference activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or register for the event.

2. Event Details

AI BusinessCon™ is a business conference focused on how artificial intelligence is reshaping companies, industries, and competitive advantage. The event is scheduled for March 2–3, 2027, at Fuse in the Washington Metro area. Dates, venue, speakers, schedule, and programming are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to registered attendees as soon as practicable.

3. Tickets & Registration

• All ticket purchases must be completed through our authorized registration platform.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by AI BusinessCon™ in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets for violations of these terms or our Code of Conduct.
• Attendee information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets may be refunded according to the following schedule:

• Full refund minus any processing fees: requested at least 60 days before the event.
• 50% refund: requested between 30 and 60 days before the event.
• No refund: requested less than 30 days before the event, though tickets may be converted to a future AI BusinessCon™ event credit at our discretion.

If the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organizer, registered attendees will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

5. Code of Conduct

AI BusinessCon™ is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, staff, and volunteers are expected to:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior
• Respect the confidentiality of conversations and materials shared at the event
• Comply with all venue and event safety policies

Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, session recordings, speaker materials, and branding — is the property of AI BusinessCon™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Attendees may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit conference content without prior written permission. Personal note-taking and non-commercial social sharing are permitted, provided AI BusinessCon™ is credited appropriately.

7. Sponsorship, Vendor & Speaker Applications

Submission of a sponsorship, vendor, or speaker application does not guarantee acceptance. AI BusinessCon™ reserves the right to review, approve, or decline any application based on relevance, quality, capacity, and alignment with the event's mission. Accepted partners and speakers will be bound by separate agreements.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the AI BusinessCon™ website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use the website to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the website in a way that impairs performance
• Misrepresent your affiliation with AI BusinessCon™

9. Privacy

Your use of the website and registration for the event are also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI BusinessCon™ and its organizers, sponsors, partners, and venue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your attendance at the event or use of the website. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your ticket.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI BusinessCon™, Disruptive AI x Simple, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or your conduct at the event.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or attendance at the event after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
